1. Our Commitment to Fair and Ethical Puppy Placements
Adopting an F1B Mini Golden Doodle puppy is an important family commitment, and we believe every buyer deserves clear, written policies before making a payment. Greenville Goldendoodle maintains this Refund and Return Policy to protect both the health and welfare of our puppies and the financial peace of mind of our adopting families across the United States. Every puppy purchase of $700 and optional $250 travel nanny delivery is covered by the terms outlined on this page.
We encourage families to take their time reviewing our puppy profiles, asking questions about daily routines and coat care, and discussing readiness with all household members before finalizing a reservation.
2. Cancellations Prior to Pickup or Delivery
We understand that unexpected life events, family emergencies, or housing changes can occasionally arise after you reserve a puppy. If you need to cancel your reservation before your puppy has departed for delivery or been picked up in Greenville, please notify us immediately at goldendoodlesgreenville@gmail.com.
When a cancellation request is received at least forty eight hours prior to scheduled departure, any shipping fee of $250 paid in advance is refunded in full. For the puppy reservation and purchase balance, you may choose either a full transfer of your credit toward any available puppy or upcoming litter within twelve months, or a refund of the purchase amount minus a reasonable administrative and care holding fee if the puppy was taken off the market for an extended period.
3. Health Guarantee Refunds and Replacement Protections
Every puppy leaves our care after passing a complete physical examination by a licensed veterinarian. If your licensed veterinarian examines your puppy within seventy two hours of arrival and diagnoses a preexisting viral illness or life threatening medical condition that makes the puppy unfit for companionship, you may return the puppy to Greenville Goldendoodle for a full $700 refund of the purchase price or select a replacement F1B Mini Golden Doodle puppy of equal value.
Additionally, under our two year hereditary and congenital health warranty, if your puppy is diagnosed by two qualified veterinarians within twenty four months of birth with a covered severe genetic disorder, we offer your choice of a replacement puppy or reimbursement of documented veterinary treatment costs up to the original $700 purchase price, allowing you to keep your beloved pet in your home while receiving financial support.
4. Lifetime Safe Return and Rehoming Policy
Because we care deeply about every F1B Mini Golden Doodle born in our home, we enforce a strict lifetime safe return policy. Under no circumstances may any dog from Greenville Goldendoodle ever be surrendered to a municipal animal shelter, humane society, rescue pound, or pet broker. If at any point during your dog life your family can no longer care for them due to illness, relocation, allergy changes, or personal hardship, you can return the dog directly to Greenville Goldendoodle.
When a healthy puppy or adult dog is returned due to personal household changes rather than a covered medical condition, we gladly welcome the dog back into our home and work diligently to match them with a screened, loving new family. Our primary concern in any return situation is ensuring the dog experiences a smooth, comforting transition without ever facing abandonment or shelter stress.
5. How to Request a Refund, Replacement, or Return
To initiate a cancellation, submit veterinary documentation under our health warranty, or arrange a safe return, please email our family team at goldendoodlesgreenville@gmail.com with your full name, your puppy name, and a summary of your situation. We review all requests within twenty four hours and process approved refunds promptly back to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
