Terms and Conditions
Clear terms of sale, buyer eligibility, pricing disclosures, and ethical placement standards for Greenville Goldendoodle across the United States.
1. Agreement to Terms and Buyer Eligibility
Welcome to Greenvillegoldendoodle.com, operated by Greenville Goldendoodle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the inquiry, reservation, purchase, and delivery of our F1B Mini Golden Doodle puppies within the United States. By accessing our website or submitting an inquiry to goldendoodlesgreenville@gmail.com, you agree to abide by these terms.
To inquire about or purchase a puppy from Greenville Goldendoodle, you must be at least eighteen years of age, reside in the United States, and possess the financial and household ability to provide safe indoor housing, nutritious food, regular veterinary care, and daily companionship for the lifetime of the dog. We reserve the right to decline any placement if we believe a household environment is unsuitable for the welfare of a puppy.
2. Transparent Puppy Pricing and Shipping Fees
All prices on Greenvillegoldendoodle.com are listed in United States Dollars. The purchase price for each available F1B Mini Golden Doodle puppy is $700. This $700 purchase price includes our licensed veterinary wellness examination, age appropriate core puppy vaccinations, preventative deworming treatments, permanent microchip identification, a puppy starter pack, and our written two year genetic health guarantee.
Personal pickup in Greenville by appointment carries no delivery fee. If you request delivery to your nearest major airport or home address anywhere in the continental United States, a flat shipping fee of $250 applies. This $250 shipping fee covers personal travel nanny care, the airline approved travel carrier, and the official interstate Certificate of Veterinary Inspection.
3. Reservations, Status Updates, and Availability
Each puppy listed on our website represents an individual living animal raised in our home, such as Dusk, Rory, Orion, Ashley, Tiana, Nala, Shadow, and Nesta. Because we place puppies on a first approved basis, availability can change quickly. When a family places a confirmed reservation on a puppy, that puppy status is updated to Reserved, as seen with Shadow. Once a puppy placement is finalized and the puppy joins their family, the status is marked as SOLD, as seen with Nesta.
No puppy is held without a confirmed written agreement between the adopting family and Greenville Goldendoodle via goldendoodlesgreenville@gmail.com.
4. Veterinary Examination Upon Arrival and Companion Pet Agreement
Every adopting buyer agrees to have their new F1B Mini Golden Doodle puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy two hours of pickup or delivery. This initial checkup activates our health guarantee and verifies that your puppy arrived in bright, healthy condition. Buyers also agree to continue their puppy scheduled booster vaccinations, monthly parasite prevention, and routine annual veterinary care.
All puppies from Greenville Goldendoodle are placed strictly as cherished family companions. Unless a separate written breeding agreement has been approved in advance, buyers agree to spay or neuter their dog at the age recommended by their licensed veterinarian, typically between six and twelve months of age.
5. Website Content, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law
All text, photographs, logos, graphics, and page layouts on Greenvillegoldendoodle.com are the property of Greenville Goldendoodle and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. While we strive to ensure that all descriptions, ages, and availability statuses on our website are accurate and current, minor variations in coat shade or adult weight can occur naturally as a puppy matures.
We encourage every prospective buyer to review our Health Guarantee, Shipping, and Refund and Return Policy pages thoroughly before placing a reservation so that all expectations regarding veterinary care, delivery coordination, and ongoing communication are shared clearly by both parties. Our goal is always a harmonious, transparent relationship built on mutual respect and dedication to animal welfare.
These Terms and Conditions and any puppy placement agreement with Greenville Goldendoodle are governed by applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any questions regarding these terms may be directed to goldendoodlesgreenville@gmail.com.
